The first time you get the Soar True Wireless Stereo Earbuds, the headsets are separate from the charging case, you need to :

(1) Put the earphones back in the case charging for a while

(2) Take out the Soar from the charging case, then they will automatically turn on and available for a connection

(3) Connect the "Otium Soar" to your phone via bluetooth menu

After the first connection completed, the bluetooth earbuds will automatically turn on and connect your smart phone when removed from the case, automatically turn off and charge when put back in the case.

Note:

(1) Please keep your wireless headphones charged when in low battery life to achieve better Bluetooth connection and protect your battery.
